Fresh Pond Physical Therapy (FPPT), a privately owned business, hired me as a freelance art director to oversee the redesign of their branding. FPPT sought to bolster their business' visibility to both foot and car traffic by redesigning and unifying their storefront graphics. I also created a new advertising campaign for the rebrand's launch, as well as direct mail pieces.
This resulted in a 22% increase in customers, two-thirds of which were mainly comprised of walk-ins who had seen the location from the street. Since the project's completion, FPPT has doubled the amount of its offices from 5 to 10, and continues to use the graphics and storefront advertisements I designed.
