Inspired by the children’s television programming of our youth, I partnered with my long-time trusted friend to co-create and flesh out his idea for a fresh new children’s television program. While my friend took pen to paper, I assumed the role of Art Director, steering the branding and visuals for the series. Teaming with a skilled cartoonist, we developed the visual details of child-friendly and empathetic characters, and also defined the foundation for which this diverse fictional urban community called home.
To help showcase the Metroburbs concept and brand, I designed a stunning pitch book spotlighting our delightful cast of characters. I also conceived the show's entire line of promotional products, including custom street signs, collectible pins, toy packaging, and posters. Further, I created the parent company’s logo, business cards, and website.
